We ship at any time during the year, weather permitting and will deliver to your yard or job site. For orders less than a truckload (640 flats) we reserve the right to combine orders to make delivery more efficient. For orders larger than 50 flats, we ask that you have help to unload.
For Delivery by Hanover Farms, the following applies:
- A minimum order of 40 Flats for truck orders or $600
- A minimum delivery charge of $75 for local deliveries (within 50 miles) or $100 beyond 50 miles
- No residential deliveries within Washington, DC
- A delivery fee for truck orders based on both radial distance from us and invoice total, charged as a percent of invoice total:
- 0-50 Miles = 10%
- Beyond 50 Miles = 19%
We ship by UPS for orders less than 40 flats. The boxing and handling charge is $4.00 per flat and we bill UPS at cost. There is a one-flat minimum for UPS.
Orders may also be picked up at the nursery no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Please call ahead to allow time to pull your order.
